Abstract. The description of the lubricant detergents action is realized through a mathematical representation of the additives action as neutralizing agents. The formation of quantitative dependencies enables not only to deeper understands the subject being studied but also more objective and thorough analysis of the obtained data, as well as to clarify the formulation and conduct of the planned experiment for the future.
