Abstract: The paper presents a mathematical model of the oxidation unit of a bitumen production plant, which takes into account the main technological parameters of the process: raw material consumption, temperature of raw materials, air and in the reaction zone, air consumption, and oxidation time. Statistical data on the current bitumen production plant was collected and processed. The method of multiple linear regression was chosen to build a mathematical model. The conducted research has shown the effectiveness of the developed model for optimizing technological parameters, predicting bitumen properties, reducing the environmental impact of bitumen production, reducing the risks of emergency situations and ensuring safe operation of equipment.
