Abstract. The article discusses the effect of Difron 4201 and Infinitum R185 depressant-dispersant additives on the low-temperature properties of vacuum gas oil from the Mariskiy Refinery, obtained from a vacuum distillation unit of fuel oil. Information is provided on the mechanisms of influence of depressant-dispersant additives on n-paraffins in the composition of vacuum gas oil, and the level of reduction in the pour point when using these depressant-dispersant additives is assessed. The effectiveness and industrial applicability of Difron 4201 and Infineum R185 are evaluated with the aim of improving the low-temperature properties of vacuum gas oil.
