Abstract. The author of the article conducts a study of methods for improving the technological scheme of low-temperature processing of hydrocarbon gas streams. The classical configuration of the low-temperature condensation/rectification scheme is a factor limiting the degree of extraction of valuable hydrocarbon components. The aim of the study is to develop an alternative scheme for low-temperature processing of hydrocarbon gas streams, which will increase the degree of extraction of valuable components and, as a result, increase the economic efficiency of the process. The technical problem is solved due to the rational separation of phase flows with different ratios of hydrocarbons C1 : C2+. The implementation of solutions to achieve separate processing of hydrocarbon streams of various compositions helps to increase the production of valuable components (in particular, ethane) and reduce their loss in the flow of dry gas into the fuel network. Increasing the production of individual hydrocarbon components makes it possible to significantly increase the resources for using these components in the production of petroleum products and petrochemical products.
